Your role:

Were on the lookout for an organized and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales L&D team. In this pivotal role youll help deliver impactful training experiences across DuluxGroup supporting our mission to upskill our Sales teams enhance customer experience and maintain our competitive edge. Youll coordinate and support the delivery of learning programs manage calendars and platforms update content and bring learning initiatives to life across a variety of formats from webinars and workshops to micro-learning and coaching. Youll also play a key role in reporting analysis and communications to ensure our programs are relevant engaging and continuously evolving. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your strong administrative organizational and stakeholder management skills to a role that makes a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of Sales L&D training programs across the business.
  • Manage training calendars course offerings and logistics including LMS catering and communication.
  • Support reporting and analysis to track engagement performance and learning insights.
  • Keep learning content and materials updated including toolkits workbooks and templates.
  • Drive communication strategies to maximise awareness engagement and participation in L&D initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative or coordination experiencebackground in HR or recruitment admin is highly regarded.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to work across stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Passion for learning and innovation with a growth mindset and eagerness to streamline processes.
