Job Description

This position is required to be on-site and is located in Loveland Colorado.

Reports to the Senior Manager Retail North American Finance Operations.

What you will do:

  • Assist with monthly analysis commentaries and financial packages for North American Retail Operations Management and the Finance department
  • Provide accurate timely and reliable financial reports to Regional Divisional Branch and Corporate administration as assigned
  • Provide financial and business analysis to support key strategic targets
  • Assist Regional Divisional and Branch managers in analyzing their business to improve operating and financial performance
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets strategic plans quarterly presentations forecasts and monthly business narratives
  • Participate in monthly financial close working with business managers and operational accounting departments as necessary
  • Work across all North American retail operating regions to identify and support opportunities for increased profitability
  • Capital planning and analysis
  • Contribute to the integration of legacy companies
  • Keep abreast of current trends and practices in the industry and field of expertise

What you will bring:

  • A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
  • 3 years experience in Financial Analysis
  • Demonstrated critical skills are necessary
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent integrity and business ethics
  • Ability to lead by example and work well with others
  • Commitment to sustaining our safe and positive work environment while having the ability to embrace working side by side others in a diverse culture

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $79100 - $146800/annually. This range is estimated for thisrole in Loveland Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical dental vision coverage and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term with generous matching employer contributions. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid vacation sick days and holidays as well as paid personal and maternity/parental leaves and an Employee and Family Assistance Program. In addition to base pay this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive planconsistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
