We are currently looking for a SME business account Product Owner / Product Manager ready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.Leads the development launch and ongoing improvement of digital business accounts and daily banking services for SMEs in a digital bank or neobank. Owns the product vision drives commercial success ensures regulatory compliance and delivers an excellent customer experience for business users. With AI use case technology coding and data driven skills/understanding
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision for SME business accounts and daily banking services USP and VAS
Maintain a prioritized product backlog for the delivery team.
Product Development & Delivery
Lead the agile team in designing building and improving account opening onboarding payments FX and everyday banking features for SMEs.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure product readiness for launch.
Commercial Success
Set and manage pricing monitor product performance (KPIs: new accounts active users balances transaction volumes).
Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive adoption and usage.
Compliance & Risk
Ensure all product features meet legal regulatory and compliance standards (KYC AML GDPR).
Regularly review and update product documentation and contracts.
Customer Focus
Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements.
Act as the second line of support for escalated customer issues.
Operational Excellence
Define and optimize operational processes (e.g. onboarding account maintenance).
Work with operations and IT to automate and streamline workflows.
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital banking or fintech (ideally 5 years).
Deep understanding of SME needs and digital banking products.
Strong knowledge of agile product development and delivery with AI support
Familiarity with banking regulations compliance digital onboarding and vendor integrations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Data-driven commercially minded and customer-focused.
