Job Description
General Summary:
- This position is responsible for the overall strategy related to the Sheppard Pratts ERP and EPM applications leveraged by Finance including design architecture and oversight of application development.
- The Manager will lead and/or collaborate with several operational finance departments including Accounting Financial Reporting and FP&A and work closely with other areas and departments within Sheppard Pratt including Human Resources and IT.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance with a strong knowledge of systems and implementations.
- Masters degree preferred.
- At least six years of experience in the accounting/finance area with emphasis on financial systems implementation maintenance and support function.
- Strong communication organizational planning problem solving analytical judgment and research skills.
- Ability to use analytical and technical abilities to create and produce effective and efficient reports with limited guidance.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests while continually communicating to management.
- Identifies opportunities and implements process improvement activities resulting in enhanced financial outcomes.
