Were looking for anAssistant Share Schemes Manager to join our close-knit Company Secretariat team. This opportunity has come up due to an internal promotion a real reflection of how we support development and progression at every level.

About the Role


This is a great opportunity to step into a specialist role where your skills in communication coordination and data analysis will have real impact. Youll be central to the smooth delivery of our employee share plans from day-to-day management to key milestones like grants releases and maturities.

Youll work closely with internal teams and external advisors helping colleagues across the business understand the value of their share scheme benefits and ensuring we deliver them in the right way.

Theres also plenty of room to bring your ideas well look to you to help evolve and improve the way we work from processes to communications.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Coordinating share plan activity (grants releases maturities) with third-party administrators and advisors

  • Supporting the team through key share scheme events always with a focus on brilliant service to colleagues

  • Making complex information simple helping colleagues engage with and understand their share schemes

  • Analysing data to support internal reporting and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Looking for ways to streamline and enhance processes using insight and initiative
