your role:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the retail sales floor. They are responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization. The Sales Manager directs and leads teams to ensure that sales operational financial and customer satisfaction metrics are achieved.
Compensation Overview
Average compensation for this position is $120000/yr with top salespeople earning $15000/yr

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
- Conducts sales training meetings.
- Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
- Appraises incoming used vehicles following established standards for appraising trades.
Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:
- 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required.
- 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- 1 year of Dealer System Management experience is preferred.
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Professional well-groomed appearance
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Excellent communication and servant leadership
