Middle Project Manager/Business Analyst (contract, part time)

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager with Business Analyst skills to join an interesting project!

Please note that this position is on a contract-based cooperation and for part time only (40h/month).

Its important to mention that the social package including benefits like sick leave days off vacations public holidays accounting and necessary equipment provision is not covered by Selecto.

About the project

Project: in Fintech industry; its an ecosystem of fintech platforms from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the client has different fintech solutions for freelancers businesses and restaurants to control accept and transfer payments.

Team: Designer Design Director developers

Timeline: till March 2026 part time (40-50 hours/month) working hours will be discussed additionally.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Documentation Analysis:

  • Analyze functional requirements and specify the behavior and information management capabilities of the solution.

  • Manage non-functional requirements such as usability reliability scalability and security considerations.

• MVP Scope Definition:

  • Define and prioritize features in alignment with business goals dependencies and limitations.

  • Communicate suggestions with the client obtain approval and prioritize feature development.

• Business Goals and Needs Definition:

  • Identify and articulate project goals solving problems leveraging opportunities or mitigating risks.

• External Meetings Facilitation:

  • Manage meeting agendas foster participant engagement and facilitate discussions around business analysis and product functionality.

• Clients Jira Management:

  • Create tasks outline acceptance criteria and provide detailed explanations for developers.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships manage expectations resolve conflicts and foster collaboration with stakeholders.

• Document Management:

  • Implement systems to capture track and store electronic documents ensuring information is accessible to relevant parties.

• Identifying New Project Opportunities:

  • Proactively seek and propose new avenues for project involvement and expansion.
    
    

Core Skills:

• Strong understanding ofbusiness analysis frameworks(BABOK Agile BA etc.).

• Project management capabilities: timeline tracking task prioritization and risk mitigation.

• Experience working withagile development teamsanditerative delivery cycles.

• Excellentverbal and written communication skillsin English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

• Solidstakeholder managementand conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to create and manageBA documentation: use cases user stories acceptance criteria process maps and feature matrices.
  
  

Technical & Tool Proficiency:

• Jira project/task tracking backlog grooming.

• Figma reviewing UI/UX designs and providing functional feedback.

• Confluence / Google Workspace documentation and knowledge base management.

• Requirements mapping tools such as Miro Whimsical Lucidchart.

• Understanding ofAPI integrationspayment gateways andfinancial data flowsis a strong advantage.
  
  

Domain Expertise:

• Previous experience in the fintech industryis highly preferred.

• Familiarity withregulatory requirementsandsecurity standardsin fintech (e.g. KYC/AML PCI DSS).

Experience working withpayment processing platformswallets orPOS integrationsis a plus.
