Sapiens is on the lookout for aProject Manager to become a key player in our North America team. If youre a seasoned Project Manager and ready to take your career to new heights with an established globally successful company this role could be the perfect fit.
Over the course of a project the Digital Project Manager needs to communicate with staff and clients make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end Digital project management
- Develop support documentation including risk logs project plan and multiple reports
- Resolve Internal & External dependencies to the project team so that they are blocked with their delivery items.
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design develop and implement digital projects
- Should plan manage and track results of multiple workstreams and multiple projects with responsibility for coordinating efforts between various functional team members and departments (e.g. engineering UI/UX DevOps R&D)
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage all aspects of projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Developing a deep understanding of P&L managing it.
- Manage the project within the project budget Identify the Risks early and rise it.
- Monitor and report projects progress and status
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
- Seek opportunities for improvements
- Review the existing delivery process followed and suggest improvement without impacting delivery and quality.
Skills and Experience
- More than 14 years of workexperience and understanding of the Project Management framework agile/scrum waterfall and hybrid.
- Strong client Interaction in and experience in managing Web/Digital/Portal projects
- Experience of working on Insurance domain is preferred.
- Ability to lead and track multiple projects
- Proven leadership skills able to lead and motivate the team
- Cost and risk management skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to take decisions in critical scenarios
- Must be open to learn and pick up process and other organizational methodologies for project execution and management.
- Must be open to travel and work across global time zones.
- Need to work with teams in India and Israel sometime need to support during their hours
- Problem-solving skills Time management skills & Approachable to the teams.
