The School and Community Youth Services (SCYS) program is dedicated to connecting our youth and families with a diverse array of services and programs. Our team works with them to cultivate confidence foster relationships enhance resilience and empower them to thrive both at home and in the community.
What to expect.
The Youth and Family Mental Health Therapist will provide essential counseling services to youth and their families primarily at the high school level. You will collaborate with school counselors community school coordinators and various community agencies to deliver a range of supportive services.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conducting individual family and group counseling sessions.
- Facilitating skill development groups and workshops.
- Organizing and implementing parent and community education programs.
- Offering information and referral services to connect families with additional support resources.
- Engaging in school and community outreach activities to promote the SCYS program and its services.

What we need from you.
- One of the following at time of hire:
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Certified Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Strong knowledge of family support systems.
- A bilingual therapist is preferred but not required.
The pay range for this position is $60320 minimum to $87838 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience.
