About the Job:
- You will be accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures payroll management cash handling and inventory control
- You will support the Store Manager in leading the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment
- Accountable to store manager for driving process adoption opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and supporting resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome
- Assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion Units Per Transaction Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPIs)
- Assist in the interviewing hiring training and retention of store team
- Support the onboarding process for new hires educating on Beyond Yoga core values product knowledge selling culture and other employee responsibilities
- Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where needed
- Ensure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes aides in the completion of all required business directives (ex. price changes/retickets RTVs markdowns transfers);
- Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed.
- Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization.
- Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management.
- Hold associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LS&Co policies and procedures.
- Build relationships and foster a positive diverse and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on building connections with the local community by way of events drive brand awareness and engagement
- Be a brand ambassador that embodies and can cultivate the companys core values
About You:
- Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- You are a collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Is self-starter with a growth mindset enjoys learning new tools and adaptable to new initiatives
- Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising coaching and training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including evening weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to perform all essential job functions and able to lift up to 40 pounds. While performing the duties of the job the employee may be required to stand walk kneel squat crouch bend stoop talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms to type reach overhead and climb ladders. The salary range for this role is $22 to $36.70. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications experience skills performance and business needs.

Compensation for this role ranges from $24.25 - $40.40 per hour varying with experience and qualifications.Current LS&Co Employees apply via your Workday account.
