Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedics

Clinic Address:3097 Moorpark Ave. Suite 100 San Jose CA 95128
Clinic Setting:
Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on personalized evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehab.
Salary:
$85000$108000 per year $750 monthly bonus full benefits
Salary based on experience skills and job-related factors.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Design and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced clinical team
Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
Utilize a modern EMR system for documentation and compliance
Follow all federal state and insurance regulations
Services Provided:
Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative rehab
Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Acute and chronic condition management
Specialty practice services
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
