Job Description
- Lead and perform cleaning: sweeping mopping dusting restrooms windows trash removal.
- Supervise and train other cleaning staff; conduct quality and safety inspections.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipmenttrack inventory and request restocking.
- Maintain accurate records: schedules checklists inspection forms and reports.
- Communicate with management and clients addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Be oncall during 5 AM5 PM window: adjust to schedule changes cover absences and respond to emergencies.
- Valid drivers license with a clean reliable record.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check in line with company policy.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferably in a lead/supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership communication organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and enforce cleaning standards among crew members.
- Physical stamina: lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be reachable and available for any shift between 5 AM and 5 PM.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments staff shortages or emergency cleanups.
