Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive exams diagnoses and treatment plans for a variety of small animal cases
Conduct surgeries and dental procedures with a high standard of care
Communicate effectively with clients offering education and support throughout the care process
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Contribute to a warm team-oriented practice culture that values respect compassion and trust
Skills Knowledge & Expertise:
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Clinical experience in small animal medicine surgery and dentistry preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A compassionate patient-focused approach to care
A desire to grow within a supportive family-style practice
