Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience doing this or similar work
  • Previous experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal state and company hiring criteria.

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates who are in the post-offer process until all the pre-employment qualifications have been completed satisfactorily.
  • Ensure seamless and speedy transition of candidates through the post-offer process.
  • Schedule pre-employment screening and answer candidate questions.
  • Manage high volume candidate communication via phone email and text.
  • Track candidate progress and communicate updates to various internal customers and stakeholders.

Pre-Employment Hiring Process:

  • Ensure all phases of the pre-employment hiring process are successfully completed per company standards.
  • Evaluate and adjudicate applicant background checks requiring adjudication
  • Work directly with vendors and vendor systems to track the status of background check progress.
  • Interface with operations leaders and field recruiters to interpret and explain background check results.

Training and Analysis:

  • Participate in hiring process training to ensure knowledge of federal state and company hiring criteria.
  • Analyze pre-employment hiring data and make recommendations to operations partners.
  • Respond to CSC pre-employment hiring questions and resolve issues as appropriate.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage candidate status in multiple technologies to reflect progress

Productivity Targets:

  • Review all candidates in process each day.
  • Work to get all candidates ready to be hired in 14 days from their accepted offer.

Other Duties:

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
