Job Description
This position is for a 5-hour School Nutrition Assistant at Valley Institute Elementary School
QUALIFICATIONS:
Assists the Child Nutrition Specialist in all areas of food production preparation sanitation serving and cleaning in the school cafeteria facility and all other duties as assigned. Needs to be able to lift 35 pounds and lift and reach above their head. Willing to become certified in Child Nutrition and to learn to operate the (POS) Point of Sale Terminal.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Effective Date: 2025-2026 School year
Schedule: Part-time 5 hours per day
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
