What Youll Do
As a People Data Analyst youll turn data into insights helping shape P&C strategies policies and processes. Youll work across teams to gather requirements build reports and enhance analytics using HR systems like Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analytics Develop maintain and improve reports and dashboards. Identify trends and insights from multiple data sources.
- Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and present insights in an engaging accessible way.
- Data Submission Support internal and external reporting including C-suite/Board reports WGEA and the Annual Report.
- Continuous Improvement Enhance P&C analytics by staying ahead of business needs and industry trends.
- Team Support Train and assist users in leveraging people data and systems.
- Data Integrity & Governance Ensure accuracy security and quality of people data.
What Youll Bring
- A qualification in Business HR or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling large datasets and HR data.
- Knowledge of HR metrics KPIs and Oracle Fusion Reporting/SQL.
