What Youll Do

As a People Data Analyst youll turn data into insights helping shape P&C strategies policies and processes. Youll work across teams to gather requirements build reports and enhance analytics using HR systems like Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics Develop maintain and improve reports and dashboards. Identify trends and insights from multiple data sources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and present insights in an engaging accessible way.
  • Data Submission Support internal and external reporting including C-suite/Board reports WGEA and the Annual Report.
  • Continuous Improvement Enhance P&C analytics by staying ahead of business needs and industry trends.
  • Team Support Train and assist users in leveraging people data and systems.
  • Data Integrity & Governance Ensure accuracy security and quality of people data.

What Youll Bring

  • A qualification in Business HR or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling large datasets and HR data.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics KPIs and Oracle Fusion Reporting/SQL.
