Job Description
Serenity Hospice is seeking a contract Hospice Physician for Eugene and surrounding areas. Come support our compassionate team of professional clinicians and make a difference in the lives of patients and families facing an end-of-life journey.
Schedule: PRN
WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Hospice Physician plans develops coordinates monitors and ensures palliative care standards for hospice patients. This is accomplished through collaboration with the hospice team and community physicians. The Hospice Physician is an active proponent of hospice care and assists the agency in educating facilities community groups and other physicians about hospice services. The Hospice Physician is responsible for the direction and quality of the medical component of the care provided to the patient by the hospice care team.
