Job Description
Job Title: Job Coach
Location:Canby OR
Schedule:Part-Time
Community Access Services is seeking a reliable compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Job Coach in Saint Helens. In this role youll provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities helping them succeed and grow in community-based employment settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site coaching and support to individuals at their place of employment
- Help individuals learn job tasks develop soft skills and navigate workplace expectations
- Communicate regularly with employers and CAS staff to support client success
- Monitor progress toward employment goals and complete required documentation
- Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support and guidance
- Promote inclusion and advocate for individuals rights and workplace accommodations
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or in a coaching/training role preferredbut we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Good communication problem-solving and organizational skills
- Physical ability to assist individuals with mobility and complete job tasks alongside them
- Competitive pay: $21$22/hour depending on experience
