Responsibilities
- Train and develop the Service and Parts employees
- Help to mold and improve the Service process to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Assistcustomers in servicing repairing and explaining each service need.
- Understandcustomers requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
- Makethe customer comfortable with the service being performed and keeping the customer informed and updated during the service of their vehicle.
- Keepup to date on new products features accessories and attend product training as required.
- Maintain a service customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintaina high Customer Service Experience (CSE) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in Service Management
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
