Kitchen Breader / Breading Station Cook
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and breading all proteins to ensure consistent quality and supply during high-volume service hours. This physically demanding role requires adherence to strict food safety and quality standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bread and prepare proteins according to standardized recipes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized breading station at all times.
- Ensure all products meet quality and portion standards before service.
- Work independently to keep up with kitchen demand during peak sales hours.
- Monitor and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
- Comply with all food safety sanitation and hygiene requirements.
- Perform routine cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment (standing lifting repetitive motions).
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Knowledge of food safety practices (ServSafe certification a plus).
- Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of the team.
