Responsible for maintaining the reception and retail areas of the Spa while providing a positive and friendly attitude. Assist with scheduling answering phones check-in and out of appointments while partaking in genuine interactions that provide the highest level of guest service.
Essential Job Functions:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years Reception desk and/or salon/spa experience.
Poses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining enthusiasm and excellent customer skills.
Must be multitask oriented.
Must be detail oriented friendly outgoing and have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to tolerate a close-knit environment with constant co-work involvement
Must be able to work well with others and as a team.
Physical Mental & Environmental Demands:
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Able to stand for a long period of time (up to an average 8-hour shift).
