Job title:Officer / Associate (Commercial Dept.) OFF ROLE

Working Hours:
9.30am to 6.30pm / Monday to Friday

Work location:Mumbai HO - Bandra-Kurla

Experience:5 years (Highway /Civil infra background)

Minimum Education: Diploma in Civil Engg./ Any Bachelors degree with Billing related work experience

  • Responsible for overseeing Subcontractor (Subcon) billing activities across all projects.
  • Bill review with detailed back-up provided by the User and reconcile with earlier month bill Bill of quantities in the Work order.
  • Shall discuss with Project team/respective In-charges for sorting out the inadequacies in the Subcon billing.
  • Processing transactions managing payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Resolving billing issues and liaise with Subcon for obliging the bill verification queries and ensure gaps are filled therein.
  • Verify Subcon bills as per WO mode of measurement as required GST rates other relevant information coordinate with Vendors for obtaining corrected Invoice if required.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and working with Accounts team to resolve Subcon payment issues.
  • Generating invoices in SAP ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitoring all subcon related correspondence as well as Bank guarantee submission status.
  • Maintain accurate records and following up with accounts team to ensure timely payments to suppliers in accordance with terms & conditions of WO.
  • Gathering necessary Subcon details for Vendor registration in SAP.
  • Follow-up with the Subcon for submission of BG/documents under WO coordinating with the site team ensuring GRN entries/bill booking with site teams etc.
  • Maintaining and updating Subcon information such as qualifications delivery times product ranges etc.
  • Perform any other duties that are required from time-to-time.
