Job Description
Walker Love provide professional services to a range of court users financial services institutions public sector bodies and government agencies. Employing circa 135 staff across 6 offices throughout Scotland and holding the Silver Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation we are committed to offering a highly rewarding employee experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving working with data and improving systems.
Responsibilities:
- Apply transfer and organise data and physical files in line with company procedures.
- Ensure all data is accurately named stored and retrievable in accordance with data protection policies.
- Manually review and update transaction rejections in the system.
- Accurately update and maintain customers personal details on the companys internal database.
- Analyse data to give insights and support decision making.
- Respond to client enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support and information to clients regarding their accounts or queries.
Required skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work as part of a team and perform under pressure.
- High standard of processing skills - speed/accuracy.
- Good level of numeracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- National 5 in: English Mathematics Computing/Administration.
Salary: 23809.76 per annum.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion as well as the valuable work experience you have gained you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 8.
