Krakw/Hybrid - primarily on-site with the possibility of limited remote work (12 days/week).

PROJECT
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join our development team working on high-volume high-reliability automotive electronic devices. The focus is on designing low-cost production-ready solutions that meet strict quality and performance standards.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (locally and remotely) supporting the full development cycle from schematics to validation and testing. The role includes hands-on lab work simulations circuit analysis and documentation creation.
YOU WILL
- Design electronic devices for automotive applications with a focus on cost reliability and mass production readiness
- Create and maintain technical documentation: schematics PCBs electrical characteristics.
- Perform circuit calculations simulations and prototype validation/testing.
- Redesign and optimize power supply systems (DC/DC converters)
- Participate in peer reviews and follow the established Electrical Design Process
- Collaborate with local and international teams of engineers
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks in line with corporate quality standards
- Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professional ethics
MUST HAVE
- Engineering degree in Electronics or a related field
- 5 years of experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits including:
- Microcontroller-based devices
- Medium-power analog circuits
- Signal measurement systems
- Proven experience with DC/DC converters and power supply design
- Experience with EMI/EMC-compliant design and testing
- Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of integrity in interactions with teams clients and partners
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with digital video transmission (e.g. serializers/deserializers)
- Availability for flexible/urgent support when needed
