The role
- Full Time Continuing
- Level 6 - $92025 to $99538 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga Bathurst Dubbo Orange or Wagga Wagga
As the ICT Security Officer you will make a significant contribution to the Universitys IT security program by providing technical support and operating security controls to ensure technical and information security across the various platforms at the University.
You will also support the implementation of information security and risk management standards policies and practices in alignment with legislation audit and business be part of a collaborative team that values innovation inclusivity and continuous improvement working across a diverse range of technologies and applications.
About you
- Adegree or a recognised industry cyber security certification or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education training and/or experience.
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of IT security controls and incident response.
- Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships across teams.
- Are proactive detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning.
- Can work independently while aligning with broader organisational goals.
