Position at Putnam Hospital Center
JOB SUMMARY: Prepares cold food for patients delivers meals and snacks to the floors and serves on the patient tray line. Stocks and restocks food for patients. Cleans and sanitizes work area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Ability to read and write English follow oral and written directions and make simple calculations.
Licensure/Registration/Certification: None
Work Experience: Prior foodservice experience helpful.
Physical & Other Factors: Stands and walks most of day Stoops bends and reaches able to lift up to 50 lbs able to move portable kitchen equipment must be able to have hands in soapy warm water.
Work & Environmental Conditions: At times warm moist odorous atmosphere temperature changes floor slippery at times.
Job Relationships (Responsible to/for works with): Reports to lead diet aide supervisor manager. Works with all dietary and hospital staff members.
