- Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to the needs of patients with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate massage therapy interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain a clean safe and professional environment for patients.
- Adhere to all state regulations and clinic policies regarding massage therapy practices.
- Valid and current Massage Therapy License in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a therapeutic massage therapist.
- Strong understanding of anatomy physiology and pathology as they relate to massage therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.
- Experience with a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue myofascial release trigger point therapy and sports massage.
- Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities is a plus.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous but not required.
