Job Description
A dynamic igaming company based in Malta known for its bold branding and innovative approach to online casino entertainment is currently looking for a Finnish Customer Support Agent to join their team.
The role is hybrid and offers a salary of 27K bonus.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communicating with players via chat and email
- Offering top-tier support to enhance player satisfaction
- KYC reviews
- Providing insight into customer feedback
- Working closely with the rest of the team and other departments
Education Skills and Experience
- Native-level Finnish (non-negotiable)
- Fluency in English (C1 level written and spoken)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Previous igaming experience is a plus
- Willingness to work on shifts
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards players
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive adaptable and eager to learn
