Your Job

As a Customer Success Manager Apprentice at Sparteo youll be a key member of our team actively contributing to client satisfaction and retention. Under the guidance of your mentor youll progressively develop your skills across all CSM responsibilities.

To specify

  • Participation in Client Portfolio Management: Youll learn to monitor and contribute to the satisfaction of a client portfolio helping to develop and track personalized strategies to meet their needs.
  • Client Support and Communication: Working alongside the team youll be a primary point of contact for clients. Youll help qualify their requests ensure timely resolution of their issues and maintain fluid communication.
  • Client Relationship Development: Youll contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients seeking to understand their challenges and helping to align our services with their objectives.
  • Preparation for and Participation in Client Exchanges: Youll assist in preparing for client meetings and presentations and may participate in them to discuss service updates operational changes and gather their feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Youll work closely with the sales marketing and product teams helping to relay client feedback so it can be incorporated into the development of our offerings.
  • Contribution to Client Onboarding: Youll participate in supporting new clients during their integration ensuring a smooth and positive start to their experience with our services.
  • Analysis and Monitoring of Metrics: Youll be introduced to tracking client engagement and satisfaction metrics and youll help analyze this data to propose areas for improvement.

This apprenticeship will provide you with concrete and valuable experience in Customer Success within a dynamic and innovative company.
