You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe IT Service Delivery Lead oversees daily operations of the IT delivery team ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role is accountable for service delivery team performance and continuous improvement. The individual will manage planning service management processes stakeholder relationships and budgeting to deliver optimal IT services that support business needs.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the IT service delivery team.
Deliver region-specific and global IT services according to the service catalogue.
Develop and implement year plans (HR lifecycle budgets) to support service availability.
Plan and coordinate IT service activities to meet SLAs and deadlines.
Monitor and improve IT service management processes (e.g. incident problem change).
Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation to increase satisfaction.
Coach develop and guide team members to strengthen skills and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
Manage supplier contracts and implement global sourcing strategies.
Oversee and control the IT budget advising on annual budget planning.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery.
Certified or experienced in ITIL Foundations and LEAN Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong experience with Microsoft workplace tools and environments.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Customer-focused with a mindset for continuous service improvement and stakeholder engagement.
