Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Research and identify potential clients across industries and regions.
- Assist in outbound outreach efforts via email LinkedIn and calls.
- Support proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Help maintain the CRM database with accurate lead and contact information.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery to clients.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and running digital marketing campaigns.
- Help create and schedule content for social media newsletters and blogs.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and competitor activity.
- Support marketing initiatives including branding online visibility and events.
- Maintain content calendars and campaign tracking reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Business HR or related field.
- Eager to learn about B2B sales client acquisition and marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or marketing tools is a plus.
- Energetic detail-oriented and a team player.
