The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents to join our Functional Excellence Training & Talent Management (TMP) team in Everett WA.
The TMP team works to empower BCA Global Supply Chain employees with the knowledge and skills to excel in their job roles through onboarding and training support and development opportunities. We are looking for individuals that have a passion for Supply Chain and helping others that thrive in collaboration and leading activities.
The individual hired will participate in various activities including the 8-week Jumpstart Onboarding Program developing and implementing other trainings for Contracts Operations and Supply Chain Management Analysts (SCMAs) providing mentorship and SME guidance and participating in employee retention and development programs. The individual needs to have strong partnerships within BCA Supply chain and its partners and experience within Contracts and/or Operations and/or SCMA. Some travel domestic and/or international will be required for this position.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Level Procurement Agents.
