Job Description

Our Wollongong team are seeking designer or graphic artist to join our marketing and administration team working on the promotion of our properties and business. You will be working with an engaged driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

We pride ourselves on having the most innovate brand and marketing identity in the industry and value team members who can bring fresh thinking and creativity to their role whilst working within our global brand guidelines. This role provides exposure to a variety of administrative duties within the property sector. You will have a passion for property and an eye for design.

You will be accountable for:

  • Social media management
  • Working with the team to co-ordinate the collation of reports submissions and other documentation
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials
  • Managing online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websites
  • Assisting in developing marketing campaigns
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Coordinating internal marketing
  • Administration duties as required

Qualifications :

To excel in this position you will ideally have:

  • Preferably Degree qualified in marketing design or equivalent discipline;
  • Ideally 1-2 years post graduate experience within a professional environment;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong conceptual and design skills with the ability to offer creative input to design solutions
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook) and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint)
