Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies for site-specific goods and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Engage with business units to understand needs and provide strategic procurement advice
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation policies and procurement procedures
- Provide leadership training and development to team members
Qualifications :
About you
Youll bring the following:
- Proven experience in purchasing sourcing or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Experience in hospitality or fast-paced operational environments preferred
- Degree in Business Commerce Economics or Finance desirable
