Job Description
AtPilots Pointe Apartments located right next to LSUS in Shreveport were looking for aPart-Time Leasing Professionalwho brings great energy sharp communication skills and a friendly face to every interaction. Whether youre touring a future resident or posting to social media youll play a key role in helping people feel right at home.
- Hourly Pay:$15.00 per hour
- Part-Time Schedule:Flexible hours ideal for students or those looking for supplemental income
- Commissions Available:Earn more for every lease you help secure
- Supportive Team Environment
- Greet and assist prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
- Conduct in-person and virtual tours
- Follow up with leads and help close leases
- Promote the community through outreach events and social media
- Assist with leasing paperwork and daily office operations
- Support the management team with move-ins and general customer service
- Represent the Pilots Pointe brand with pride and enthusiasm
- 6 months of leasing sales or customer service experience preferred
- Outgoing approachable and proactive
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using email social media and basic office software
- Willingness to work weekends as needed for tours or events
- Team player with a can-do attitude
