Job Description
Part-Time Operations in our parking garage in Asheville - 2nd shift Weekends!
Your responsibilities will included (but are not limited to):
- Pick up and dispose of trash from garage. Keep all levels of the garage clean.
- Repair and maintain parking equipment.
- Operator the garage floor sweeper and pressure washer.
- Change light bulbs and paint as needed.
- Leaf blowing and light landscaping.
- Provide winter weather support (snow and ice removal).
- Perform emergency duties as required.
- Interface with customers and provide excellent customer service in the drive lanes as well as over the intercoms
You must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation because you will use your own car for work and you will be reimbursed mileage on a monthly basis. You will be required to show proof of the cars current registration and insurance.
Required education: High school or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday
- 3pm-11pm
- Weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance/janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Reliable transportation must drive at work.
Work Location: Multiple locations
We will run a 10 year background check.
