Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for maintaining setting up cleanliness and stocking Food & Beverage items in cafeteria.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the Cafeteria.
- Prepares salad bar items.
- Sets up service stations.
- Visually inspects selects all food served out of cafeteria.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate prepare and deliver food to be served in the team member cafeteria
- Prepare and cook food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
- Stock and maintain par levels for designated food station
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
- Position requires bending continuous standing pushing pulling carrying & lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work standing up in a confined area for long periods of time in order to perform the essential functions.
- Good eye/hand coordination needed to use all kitchen equipment.
- Ability to stoop grasp lift and or carry or otherwise move or push goods on a hand cart weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
- Must be able to work weekends from 10:30am to 7pm
