Job Description
A company that provides homecare services in physical occupational and speech therapy is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Home Care Director to oversee its Med A and Med B operations from its Brooklyn headquarters. This hands-on leadership role involves managing daily operations supervising multidisciplinary teams ensuring regulatory compliance and driving departmental growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage home care staff therapists and care coordinators
Oversee scheduling documentation and quality of care
Ensure compliance with Medicare Medicaid and DOH guidelines
Monitor therapist performance and client satisfaction
Drive strategic planning and operational improvements
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelors in Healthcare Administration or related field (Masters preferred)
Background in PT OT or SLP strongly preferred
5 years of leadership experience in home care or a related setting
Strong knowledge of CMS DOH and healthcare regulations
Excellent leadership communication and data analysis skills
