The Opportunity

This role offers the exciting chance to coordinate a wide range of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on local onsite activities traditional marketing special projects and product promotion directly influencing our brands visibility and success. Note this position is ONSITE to help bridge the gap between our offsite and onsite resources. 8-5 Monday through Friday. Reporting to the CEO (owner) but able to balance multiple stakeholders such as the Chief Visionary Officer (owner) and the marketing department.
Responsibilities: What Youll Do
- Coordinate traditional marketing campaigns: Oversee the development inventory and distribution of offline materials and support event participation and traditional advertising efforts.
- Photo & video support: Work closely with the owners and marketing team to ensure smooth planning and execution of our photography and videography pre/post production.
- Event coordination and planning: Manage details when we hold events such as SXSW.
- Provide operational marketing support: Maintain internal marketing systems assist with strategic initiatives and communicate campaign details to team members.
- Manage vendor relationships: Coordinate with external vendors such as printers swag and photography to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Track and report on marketing performance: Learn to prepare detailed activity reports and monitor key metrics in marketing.

Must-Haves:
- Youre meticulously detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a relentless pursuit of excellence in the quality and presentation of all marketing materials.
- Proven experience in a marketing coordination role with a strong understanding of traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent organizational follow-up and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Quite frankly we need your support in reducing the number of people involved in photo shoots and event planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration skillfully influencing colleagues across departments to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
- We move at a fast pace every day so youll need to thrive in that environment while managing multiple projects.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience coordinating participation in events like SXSW.
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting on marketing performance.
- Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders such as the business owners and marketing leaders.
