Job Description Summary
MFT Graduate/Office Assistant to assist the Department of Marriage & Family Therapy in admissions retention and accreditation efforts.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective student recruiting efforts and be available for prospect student questions Provide tours of the Campus including the Frances Smith Center for prospective students Identify and maintain an updated list of local colleges and universities that offer undergraduate mental health related programs Identify local graduate school and career fairs Maintain an updated list of external traineeship sites for current students Assist with creating promotional material for the MFT Department and future events Create and maintain welcoming information to incoming students to orient them to the campus and local community Maintain inventory of supplies for the department Attend monthly Student Leadership meetings Attend and assist with planning department events Assist with COAMFTE accreditation efforts as needed Assist with special projects as they come up Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Must be current graduate student in the Department of Marriage & Family Therapy. Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint). Must have experience with Adobe Acrobat.
