You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUnder the general supervision of the Manager Organizational Development s and according to established policies and procedures plans coordinates and/or provides patient education and clinical educational opportunities for all employees in the department. Works with other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Work is of a highly confidential nature. Performs duties related to direct patient care as described for Staff Registered Nurse. Performs other duties of the department as required.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a baccalaureate degree in Nursing; Current NC or multistate RN licensure required and at least 2 years professional nursing experience required. Demonstrated performance in position(s) requiring advanced clinical skills and educational expertise. The employee must have the ability to understand communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients. BLS required or obtained during first week of hire.
