What Youll Do: Execute communications strategies tailored to specific educational segments while ensuring enterprise alignment. Youll manage internal and external communications executive visibility and stakeholder engagement with strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute segment-specific communications strategies that enhance brand reputation
- Lead internal and external messaging including executive communications
- Manage content creation across multiple channels for consistent impactful messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing HR and operations teams
- Track performance metrics and optimize communication effectiveness
- Support development and delivery of executive communications and thought leadership
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications :
Experience Required
- 7 years of experience in communications marketing or related field
- 3 years in management or senior individual contributor roles
- Proven experience executing integrated communications campaigns
- Background in content creation across multiple channels and formats
- Experience with performance measurement and communications analytics
- Higher education healthcare or professional services experience preferred
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution capabilities
- Outstanding writing and editing skills for diverse audiences and channels
- Analytical skills for measuring and optimizing communications performance
- Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building abilities
- Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in content management systems analytics tools and multimedia platforms
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
