Responsibilities:
Employee Documentation & Records
- Maintain the staff list and process time sheets
- Oversee hiring and dismissal procedures (applications orders labor book entries and personal files keeping).
- Preparation of labor contracts/additional agreements and related documentation for employee transfers to new positions.
- Maintaining employee data to have top accuracy and
integrity in files databases and internal tools.
Compensation & Leave management
- Prepare orders for additional payments (bonuses allowances employee awards).
- Issue protocols for sick leave payments.
- Maintain vacation records and compliance tracking.
- Prepare vacation documentation (applications and orders) and maintain leave records.
Compliance and and HR Advisory
- Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law and internal policies.
- Maintain military records in line with regulations prepare all legally required documents and timely advise on this topic.
- Advise management on legal requirements and HR best practices
- Organize and oversee the signing of HR-related documents ensuring proper authorization.
