Southeast Veterinary Referral Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first person that a client will meet upon contacting our facility. We are looking for an experienced CSR to join our team of 6 receptionists. The ideal candidate would be a positive person who can handle any situation with a smile and professionalism. Must have prior experience working in a veterinary or medical office that includes answering multi-phone lines customer service good interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with client services and some administrative tasks
- Answer phones and greet clients and patients
- Accurately enter client information collect payments and print receipts
- Supervise the cash box which is to balanced at the end of each shift
- Facilitate client medication refill requests
- Fax and scan records to referring veterinarians as requested
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience with veterinary/animal or medical practice
- High School diploma minimum
- Computer skills: Word/Excel
- Strong customer service skills
