Aspire Living & Learning is a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking a Program Director to lead and support our dedicated teams ensuring high-quality care and services for those we support.
As a Program Director you will play a key leadership role in managing day-to-day operations supervising staff and ensuring program compliance across multiple service areas. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about team development person-centered care and organizational excellence.
Lead and develop teams through supportive supervision coaching and professional growth opportunities.
Oversee program operations ensuring compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture promoting collaboration community integration and open communication.
Build strong partnerships with families stakeholders and state/local agencies.
Monitor quality assurance and improvement efforts and help achieve strategic goals.
Manage the fiscal and administrative aspects of the program with support from senior leadership.
Provide on-call support and ensure continuity of services when needed.
Bachelors degree (preferred)
5 years of experience in human services including 2 years in a leadership or program management role
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with agency regulations and program oversight
Ability to work independently and support a dynamic mission-driven team
Valid drivers license and satisfactory background checks
