Compensation:
Competitive base salary depending on level of experience combined with uncapped variable compensation enables many in our sales organization to exceed the upper end of our target compensation. The total target compensation for this role is between $150K - $225K. The role is remote & includes a company car phone laptop and a strong benefits package starting day one
About The Role:
This role is ideal for a true sales hunter who loves the thrill of the chase excels at creating new connections and is driven by results.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Expert at prospecting and developing new customers while meeting assigned sales targets.
This position is part of Videojets North America Commercial Organization and will be remote. The ideal candidate will be located in the Greater Stockton CA metro area. In this remote role supporting the Greater Stockton CA area traveling 20-40% youll be the face of an industry leaderbuilding relationships hunting and uncovering new opportunities and delivering smart solutions that help our customers keep the worlds goods safe clean and moving.
In This Role You Will:
Drive sales and profitability within the Stockton CA territory
Promote Videojet products and services to increase market share
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Understand client needs and negotiate contracts effectively
Share customer insights and market trends to influence business strategy
Collaborate across departments to deliver value-based solutions
Are You Qualified
Bachelors degree (Technical or Business preferred)
25 years of B2B sales or technical account management experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with capital equipment or industrial sales preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and strategic selling is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The compensation range for this role is $150000 - $225000 USD per job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
