Insomniacs West Coast Clubs Division is focused on creating a first class experience for our Headliners. Our expanding roster of club partners includes some of the worlds top venues delivering performances from globally renowned DJs backed by top-notch sound and visuals. The diverse calendar of events celebrates the electronic dance music community and culture offering an endless range of experiences. Insomniacs West Coast Clubs Division includes venues world renowned venues; Exchange LA Academy LA Avalon Day Trip in the Park Time Nightclub Nova SD and Bloom.

THE ROLE

The Digital Advertisers primary role is to manage optimize and report on paid media campaigns across Meta TikTok Google YouTube and other relevant platforms for our venues and event brands. This role plays a key part in our overall marketing efforts by driving awareness engagement and conversions through strategic paid media execution. The Digital Advertiser will lead the asset management process from creative brief through trafficking tag deployment and live performance monitoring. This position requires a deep understanding of audience targeting creative best practices media budgeting and performance analysis with a strong emphasis on paid social media tactics and reporting.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director while collaborating with the Marketing Managers Specialists Coordinators and artist teams to ensure advertising campaigns are compelling timely and data-informed. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paid media buying and reporting thrives in a high-volume fast-paced environment and has a passion for electronic music and nightlife.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta TikTok Google YouTube Spotify and other emerging platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance daily pulling reports to assess ROAS CTR CPA and other key KPIs
  • Regularly analyze ticket sales trends website traffic and engagement data to recommend media and budget shifts
  • Create and maintain detailed reporting dashboards to track campaign performance across venues and brands
  • Provide weekly monthly and post-campaign wrap reports with insights and actionable optimizations
  • A/B test copy creative formats audiences and landing pages to improve campaign performance
  • Develop and execute retargeting lookalike and interest-based audience strategies for all event phases (announce on-sale low ticket final push)
  • Collaborate with Marketing Specialists and Coordinators to ensure timely campaign launches and asset delivery
  • Communicate directly with artist teams when needed for advertising approvals or media collaboration
  • Ensure campaign tagging is consistent across all platforms using UTM parameters and naming conventions
  • Partner with content teams to develop high-performing ad creative based on top-performing formats
  • Identify new platform opportunities trends and tools to keep the team ahead of the curve
  • Support CRM integrations and help improve campaign tracking across email SMS and paid ads
  • Participate in weekly marketing syncs to flag underperforming campaigns and propose optimizations
  • Manage and allocate budgets across hundreds of concurrent campaigns making adjustments in real time
  • Collaborate with promotions influencer and affiliate teams to amplify key campaigns with paid boosts
  • Train and provide support in onboarding team members clients vendors and partners when needed
  • All other projects and initiatives as identified

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
  • 4 years of digital advertising experience ideally in nightlife entertainment or live events
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (required for working in the venue during operations)
  • Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager Google Ads YouTube Campaigns
  • Proficient with analytics platforms such as GA4 Looker Studio or other reporting tools
  • Deep understanding of attribution tracking pixels UTM structures and media measurement
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables formulas basic data visualization)
  • Passion for electronic music nightlife and rave culture
  • Self-motivated strategic and able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced event-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present data-backed recommendations

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be willing to travel to work during holidays evening and weekend hours as required to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event location
  • Must be able to work in open concept office space
