Description

Why the role

To meet the needs of our ongoing client demand a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for a full-time Paralegalto join the team.

As a paralegal your duties will include:

  • Attending the Perth office to assist with management of medical treatment liability matters especially preparing briefs to experts and managing discovery of documents and case management.
  • Review draft and file documents including court documents chronologies witness statements agreements and correspondence.
  • Review of medical records taxation documents and other documents relevant to the matter to prepare chronologies and summaries of the evidence.
  • Ensuring your work is delivered on time is tailored to the matter and the relevant issues.
  • File management including diarising and monitoring client deadlines court timetables/orders and other important dates.
  • Assisting with preparation of routine reports.
  • Assisting in managing communications with clients.


Skills And Experiences

Who are you

  • Relevant prior experience and qualifications are desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail strong organisational and time management skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent writing skills including the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
  • Youre self-motivated able to work at pace and hungry to solve problems and cultivate quality relationships with clients
  • You have great people skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
