Fabric Technician
Based - Raynesway Derby
Working hours:40hrs Monday to Friday
What this job involves:
At JLL UK were looking for a talented Fabric Technician to join our dynamic facilities management this role you will carry out planned Fabric works maintenance and Reactive activities in accordance with contractual agreements across our Rolls-Royce site at Raynesway. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive which is why we provide our engineers with the resources training and autonomy needed to excel. This position requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service in line with UK building regulations and standards. Youll be part of a team that embraces more innovative ways of working and prioritises opportunities to strengthen and advance your career within JLLs nationwide and global network.
Duties will include but not limited to:-
- Carry out various building fabric tasks as instructed.
- Complete any other relevant fabric building tasks as reasonably requested.
Essential Experience/qualifications:
- Must have sound interpersonal skills and pay attention to detail.
- Must have experience and competence in relevant Health & Safety requirements
- A very good understanding of building fabric/construction and have experience of working within retail commercial corporate or educational premises
- Holder of a full clean and valid driving license
Desirable Qualifications:
- CSCS Card
- IPAF/PASMA
