Responsibilities :
Strategic involvement in shaping and operational development of our AI initiative in customer projects (market and competitive analyses market research and more)
Supporting our AI-driven automation initiatives by designing and implementing workflows to streamline project-related or internal processes
Identifying manual steps within workflows and developing solutions using technology or AI tools (including agents) to automate them
Supporting the strategic alignment of AI topics particularly regarding the integration of AI solutions into existing processes
Monitoring the market for new AI applications and providers
Assisting in the evaluation of AI-generated results
Requirements:
Enrollment in a relevant field of study such as Business Informatics Data Science or a comparable discipline
Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learninginitial experience with pretrained models or AI automation tools is a plus
Programming skills in Python and preferably mySQL are desirable
Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
High level of independence reliability and flexibility
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and taking on responsibility
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
